When & How Will My Order Ship?
If an order is placed before 3PM (EST), we will try our best to ship it the same day. All retail orders are fulfilled within 48 hours (business days) of purchase. Wholesale orders may take additional processing time. Our lab is open Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Friday will begin processing on Monday of the following week.
I don't like this flavor. What are your shipping/returns/cancel policies?
Due to health regulations and sanitary reasons, once a bottle is opened, it cannot be returned. If you are trying out a flavor for the first time, we suggest purchasing a small 5ml sample bottle of the flavor you are considering. This way you can be sure you are happy with the flavor before buying a larger quantity. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
In the event an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for letting us know via phone or email within 24 hours of receipt. The customer is to save all packaging and shipping materials until notified otherwise.
Customers may cancel an order at any point prior to shipment. If an item has already been processed for shipment, cancellation is no longer an option. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel custom-made and special-order items.
Most items are in stock and ready to ship. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you with an ETA, at which time you will have the option to cancel your order. Custom-made items usually ship between 4 and 12 weeks after ordering. You will be notified via email with tracking information when your order ships out. All shipment dates are approximate. We are not responsible for early shipping or any shipping delays.
We will never share or sell your information with any third party. Your name, email, phone and address will be used solely for order-related communication and shipments. We do not store credit card information, which is ran securely to prevent interception by third parties. We use Google Site Stats for tracking sales made through our Google ads. Though none of your personal information is being used or recorded in any way, you may disable this cookie if you wish.

Our e-liquids are carefully measured for recipe consistency so if it tastes different there could be a number of reasons:
#1. E-liquid is funny stuff :-) Over time, a liquid will "steep" meaning that the flavor will deepen and the color will change/darken as it sits. It is not "going bad" as this is a natural process and actually is preferred to "new" flavor. It is similar to the process of an aging wine. While we store our liquids in large containers and do our best to pre-steep liquids, we do sometimes have to refill them :-) If you get a flavor that is different than before, try letting it age for a week or 2. If the color is different, this is normal and can vary from batch to batch. Our time traveler, for instance will change from purple to gray, to green as it ages. (Over time, the citric acid in the lemon juice changes the color of the purple hue of the grape flavoring. Also, cinnamon flavors will change from red to brown or clear depending on the nicotine concentration.)
#2. The devices you use DO greatly affect the flavor of the juice you are using in them. Advanced RDA's are going to give you an entirely different vape flavor and experience than the CE4 that came with your starter kit. The age of your coil, whether or not other liquid has been in the tank, and even the battery strength of your unit will affect the flavors of your e-liquids.
#3. Finally, try switching to another flavor for awhile. Experienced vapers know that consistently vaping will affect our taste buds and inevitably, there comes a time when we can no longer taste the liquid we have chosen as our our ADV (all-day vape). It's strange but it happens to everyone at some point and can be very frustrating! Ask another vaper to sample the juice or switch to a different flavor for a few days.
Can I get free samples for my youtube channel/blog/review?
